What are you currently working on?

Investing in trends that are shaping the world via online real estate projects and public equities.

Looking back, what was the number one thing that was holding you back from living this lifestyle?

Having passive income that allowed me to be location independent (aka #flaneurlife).

What have you learned from the process?

Work hard, play harder. But work must come first.

What are some of the mistakes you wished you could’ve avoided?

Having more patience with investments and diversifying into multiple sources of income sooner in life.

How did the idea for your business come about?

Reading a lot and discussing my best ideas with close friends on a regular basis.

How has one of your apparent failures lead to success? Is there one failure that stands out?

Failing early with a few big investments and startup ideas led me to my next ventures which have been more successful. As the great “influencer” Thomas Bilyeu might so elegantly put it: “Don’t be afraid to fucking fail.”

What is something that is working for you right now?

Working using the Pomodoro method. Set one task in front of you and only do that specific task for the allotted time. It’s the best way to be productive.

What is a book that greatly influenced your life?

Poor Charlie’s Almanack by Charlie Munger.

What belief or habit has most impacted your life?

Always taking care of my health. I’ve always believed that if I can change my body, I can change any part of my life. Being fit and healthy throughout the year greatly helps with my confidence and productivity.
